Rachel Hilliard graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 2019. She completed an equine rotating clinical internship at Pilchuck Equine in 2020 and a large animal surgical internship at the University of Wisconsin in 2021. She is currently completing a fellowship in translational surgical research at the University of Pennsylvania New Bolton Center, focusing on intervertebral disc degeneration, fracture healing, and biofilm formation.
